What is the Mod About?

Created by username Automatic_Maiden, this mod adds a beautiful display stand that acts as a working vending machine. The mod adds three types of vending blocks to the game; each type looks the same but is slightly different regarding functions. The first one can sell only one kind of product at a time, the other one has an excellent UI that can sell more than one, and the final vending block allows the player to sell four different types of products.

Should You Install It?

Because of the nature of the mod, it is only valid when playing with other players on a server or in a LAN network. The mod is very well made and makes it possible to create a trading station with a unified currency or commodity.

How to Use

• Place and right-click it for a GUI.
• Put the item you want to sell into the left slot, the item you want to buy into the right slot, and put some more of the items you’re selling into the storage area.
• Now everyone else can right-click the vendor block while holding the item you’re buying to make the transaction. Items you bought go into the storage area of the vending block.
• The tooltip will change when you sell the last item (the one in the “Selling” slot), and the vending block will just accept stuff for free.
• To remove the vending block, empty its inventory and left-click it. Only the person that placed it can do that, and outside of creative mode, this is the only way to remove the vending block from the world.
• A wrench is a creative-only item without a crafting recipe. Right-click on a vending block to edit its settings.
• To display more detailed information about items in the vending block, hold the sneak button (default left shift).
