You can either scroll with the mouse on the tabs or use the arrow keys to change pages
Tab icons can be set from the config or ingame(default disabled)
Using the middle mouse button you can set an achievement as icon of the tab
NBT data can be used in the config to set the icons of more complex items
These can be set in the config or by a mod using the API

What the Mod is About?

Better Achievements mod basically improves the achievement screen and interface. The mod features tabs per achievement page, so you won’t need to spam the button to find the achievement you want to look at, configurable tab icons, a sleeker API, and many more.

The mod improves the vanilla achievement screen without too many in-your-face features. We highly recommend installing this mod regardless of your mod pack.
